At Jenn’s Nail Nook, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of our press-on nails and other products for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will work with you to resolve the matter.
